Andrew Gray

Andrew started in the recruitment industry in the 1970s, following time working in the oil industry offshore and onshore.

Andrew established AEA, one of Scotland’s leading recruitment companies, in 1982. Since then, he has been involved in establishing other agencies, including Office Personnel and Business Appointments, which he sold on in the early 1990s, establishing Management Selection Consultants, which is now known as Management Staff Consultants.

Andrew is one of Scotland’s longest-serving recruitment specialists and he has also been involved in establishing and helping to establish outplacement companies to serve the senior, specialist end of the employment consultancy market.

Andrew has degrees in English, History and Medieval History at postgraduate level. He is also a Chartered MCIPD.
